Our components specific test systems
Test systems for springs
Springs are highly stressed components that must safely sustain millions of load cycles. For this reason, spring testing often deals with displacement-controlled testing that can be carried out until springs reach their solid height. Cycling between solid height, relaxation, settlement, or damage is very sensitive and must be tested extremely carefully.

Advantages of resonance testing technology
Advantages of resonance testing technology
- Highest energy efficiency
- Shorter test times for lifecycle examinations
- Automatic precise crack detection through the resonance principle without optical detection systems required
- High accuracy of target values leads to the scattering of real test results
- Test costs are 1% of those with enforced actuating elements, also due to low wear components and maintenance requirements
- Low operating costs thanks to the resonance principle and low infrastructure demands
- Low noise profile
